Cancellations: If you should need to cancel your reservation at any time we will do our best to rebook the time period you originally booked with another renter. If we are unable to do so your rental deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to rebook the same time period with another renter there will be a $50 cancellation fee deducted from your original rental deposit and the remainder will be returned to you.
All beds will have pillows, blankets & coverlets. All other linens, including towels, will be provided by tenant. It is a housekeeping rental therefore it is expected to be in an orderly clean condition when you depart.
